Midnight sun photo tour

From the end of May until the middle of July you will see the midnight sun at the outer points of Vesterålen. At midnight, the sun will cast a magical light at the coastline and when the rest of the world sleeps it is very likely to spot the local wildlife.

At Ringstad Resort our photographer and wildlife guide take you on a tour with up to the north of the island to photograph the midnight sun from a white sandy beach.

On this trip by minibus, we will focus on the landscape, nature and the best sceneries to photograph the midnight sun. Next to visiting the white beaches, we take you to a lot of beautiful photogenic places as well as the sculpture "The man from the sea" on a night full of day light. All the way your photographer and guide will help and teach you how to get the magical moments in front of you lens and take you to places where it is a possibility to meet a moose and watch out for other wild animals.

Tours are running on request from end of May until beginning of August. The trip takes ca. 3 hours, starting in Ringstad in Bø in Vesterålen at 10pm.

Prices

Price: 1290,- NOK per person and includes transport, photo guide, snacks and drinks.
Min. 2 persons – max. 10 persons.
